When you’ve earned the reputation as the game’s most forgiving driver that also ranks as one of the longest, the next step is obvious: You make it longer. PING did this by engineering a new face-design optimisation that leads to increased face flexing, producing faster ball speeds that generate consistently longer, accurate tee shots from three custom-fit models: G430 MAX, SFT (straight flight) and LST (low spin).

The MAX (460cc) remains the most forgiving and fits the widest range of golfers. A 25-gram, high-density tungsten moveable backweight influences shot shape ±8 yards between the Draw, Neutral and Fade settings. Available in 9°, 10.5° and 12° lofts. The loft is adjustable ±1.5° and the lie up to 3° flat from standard using the 8-setting Trajectory Tuning 2.0 hosel.

Optimised T9S+ Forged Face: A shallower, variable-thickness face is thinner for generating faster ball speed for the biggest distance gains to date. 

Sound Engineering: A new internal rib structure and increased curvature of the crown, skirt, and sole fine-tune clubhead frequencies to produce a desirable sound and impact experience. 

Spinsistency: Contributing to the added ball speed is a variable roll radius that improves performance across the T9s+ forged face by reducing spin, resulting in faster speeds that generate consistently longer drives. 

CG Shifters: In the MAX, a 25-gram, high-density tungsten back weight influences shot shape ±8 yards between Draw, Neutral and Fade settings. 

Forgiving Head: Each model is engineered to ensure added distance and forgiveness for various skill levels. The MAX (460cc) is the most forgiving and fits the widest range of golfers with three loft options. Check out the LST and SFT drivers. 

Adjust Loft, Lie: To customise ball flight, Trajectory Tuning 2.0 utilises a lightweight, aerodynamic hosel sleeve that provides eight positions, adjusting for loft and lie.
